Registration fee includes admission to all conference events; it does not include hotel accommodations. Arrangements for lodging must be made directly with the host hotel.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy

There will be a $25 administration fee assessed to all cancellations made after August 18th until September 22nd. Transfers must also be sent via e-mail and will be accepted until September 22nd. All transfer requests MUST emailed to registration@nabaer.org.

There are no refunds or transfers after September 22nd. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS will be made

ON-SITE REGISTRATION IS NOT GUARANTEED

If the committee finds that conference registrations have surpassed capacity, then we may not be able to accept any registrants that did not register prior to the designated deadline. It is strongly advised that you adhere to the stated deadlines and register no later than the deadline.
